Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per Returns Policy above.

As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery, however, do pride ourselves on offering express service on all online orders. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.
Italy:Delivery is between 1-3 business days.
Europe is between 2-5 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.
World:Delivery is between 3-7 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Bilevi will include a commercial invoice declaring the full euro value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Bilevi you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

BILEVI accepts returns within 30 Days. You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

Our collections are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
